How I became a qualified Coach
Some years ago I didn't know what I wanted in life. I was in my twenties, working for a global advisory firm, having good times with my girlfriends, being really fit and having time to enjoy. Perfect! Except that I felt empty and purposeless. One night I went on a speed dating evening and accidentally found out about coaching. I gave it a go. I went to work with a Coach to focus on my career and financial freedom. And soon I found myself exploring all areas of my life inside of coaching. Fast forward to 2015, my husband and I were packing for our move to London. I found the vision board and the list of goals I'd designed when I worked with a coach many years prior.
I had it all!
And I wanted to share with everyone the deep fulfilment I felt in that moment. That's how I decided to become a qualified Coach.
What I can tell about you
You being here means you are an extraordinary person willing for more in life. Whether it's for yourself, your partner or your children, or your business and community. Thank you for that. I always get inspired by people wanting to make the best of their life!

My coaching philosophy
My coaching approach is empower you in what matters to you..
I use a combination of a wide range of skills such as active listening, powerful questioning, direct communication; methods for creating awareness, designing actions and planning and goal setting; and tools such as personal values exploration and profiling, visualisation, brainstorming, journaling and other. I will provide all the structures to propel your achievements.
I believe coaching is the most effective way to achieve fulfilment because:

On a personal note... I am happily married and have three wonderful sons under 5 years old. I'm most proud of my boys and being considered a great friend. I have lived and worked in several countries around the world. During that time I have enjoyed connecting with people from various cultures, traveling and achieving challenging fitness and financial goals.
In my 10+ year career in Management Consulting and Financial Advisory, often I have been the youngest female in leadership roles, provided mentorship, led teams, run workshops and delivered presentations to audiences of various sizes. While I have enjoyed my successful career, my passion for seeing people live fulfilled lives drove me to running my own coaching practice.
I love what I do!
I’m thankful for the decision I made to turn my passion into my profession. It’s so inspiring when my clients find fulfilment, achieve what they didn’t think possible, and discover what they are capable of!
I believe every person has the capabilities, capacity and resources to achieve what they want in life. I’m grateful to be in a position to facilitate their discovery of this truth, and see their lives transform.
